For all of you that have bought a house, you know what it feels like to wait and wait and wait to hear if you will become the owner! A few months ago I posted about how we were in the process of buying a house, and well we're still going through that process... but with another home!
The previous house went into foreclosure and the bank sold it out from under us at an auction!! The realtor on that home failed to mention these details and so we found out about all of this after the house was sold. We were a bit disappointed, but we began our search again!!
Good news!!! A few weeks ago we found another home that we love even more!
Our offer was accepted by the seller, but because it's a short sale we have to wait for the bank to give the final acceptance!
So, we're still here, just waiting and waiting!

Doesn't it seem like the short sells are the ones that take forever! Our realtor told us about those homes, since we looked at a few when we bought this house. Luckily this one wasn't a short sell
